As children, many Indonesians are taught to respect the customs and traditions of their culture. Set in a rural Java, this play follows five university students assigned to spend a month in the village as part of their community service program. Upon their arrival, the village chief welcomes the students but warns them that they must strictly follow the village's customs and rules. While some of the students heed the warning, others dismiss it. As the rules are broken, unsettling events unfold the students learn the importance of respecting traditions the hard way.
